Stakeholder workshop organised by SCOOP4C
Keynote by Mr Luukas Kristjan Ilves: “Iterating our way uphill to success: barriers and best practices for a cross-border Once-only principle“
The Once-Only Principle (OOP) aims at collecting information from citizens and businesses only once and sharing this information among different government institution to avoid duplication in the future.
How to reduce the administrative burden and implement OOP? How to break down the existing legislative, organizational and technological barriers, which hinder citizens, public administrations, and businesses from fully benefiting from OOP implementation?
This workshop aims at identifying answers to these questions, and discussing the OOP based on best-practice showcases from Estonia and around the world.
Discussion about the Once Only Principle will continue right after the end of the plenary session in a workshop until 18:00, in a room Beta.
