Dusan Vasiljevic, Deputy Chief of Party of the USAID Business Enabling Project in Serbia implemented by Cardno Emerging Markets, has been leading various policy reform and advocacy efforts in Serbia since 2002.
His expertise is in the areas of business regulation, public administration, economic development, and local governance. E-Government initiatives Mr. Vasiljevic directly contributed to include introduction of e-Construction permits, launch of the web based registry of spatial and urban planning documents, preparations for the eInspector system, etc. In addition to leading reform efforts on USAID funded projects, he has also advised the Government of Serbia directly. Mr. Vasiljevic holds PhD in economics.
