Ibrahima Kalil Kourouma. holds a BSBA and a BA in Applied Mathematics from Nichols College (Dudley, MA), a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Boston University and a Master Science in MIS from York University (Toronto, Canada). He is also a member of several organizations: PMI (Project Management Institute), SA (Scrum Alliance) and holds several certifications: DCDP, DCMP, PMP, PGPM, CISA, CISSP.
Mr. Kourouma is currently the Deputy Director in charge of Modernization and Reform of the Government Information Systems. His mission is to implement a Human Capital Management System with focus on cost reduction and process improvement.
Prior to this role, Mr. Kourouma had the responsibility of putting in place a country eGovernment Strategy (eGuinee 2014-2019) under the leadership of the High Commissioner for the Reform and Modernization and defining the roadmap for its implementation.
Mr. Kourouma is an eGovernment Consultant with expertise in Governance, Security, Process Improvment and Change Managment.
